Terms of Use — Sara Games

Playing games

Games on Sara Games play in your browser on mobile, tablet, laptop and PC. No app install is needed. You may play any game listed as free, free of charge.

The first 5000 games are free

The first 5000 games uploaded to Sara Games are free to play. Only after that 5000-game target is reached will newly uploaded games be priced. The game count shown on the site is always the real count — it will never claim "5000+" before 5000 games are actually live.

Paid games (after the 5000 target)

Once paid games exist, each paid game's price will be shown on its page before you buy. Buying a game gives you the right to play it on Sara Games; it does not give you ownership of the game itself.

[TO DECIDE — refund rule for paid games has not been set yet.]

Earning by playing and selling games

Players will be able to earn by playing games, and creators will be able to sell their own games on Sara Games. The exact earning rules are not final yet:

• [TO DECIDE — earning rate: how many plays, or how much play time, equals how much earning.]
• [TO DECIDE — payout minimum: the smallest earned amount that can be withdrawn.]
• [TO DECIDE — payment methods for buyers and for payouts.]
• [TO DECIDE — creator revenue share for paid games.]

Until these rules are published, no earning amount is guaranteed. Anyone who promises you a fixed earning from Sara Games before these rules are published is not speaking for us.

Fair play

Do not try to inflate earnings by replaying your own game again and again, using bots, or creating fake accounts. Accounts found cheating may have their earnings removed and their account closed.

[TO DECIDE — the full anti-cheat rule has not been written yet.]

Uploading games

You may upload only games you made yourself or have the right to share. Do not upload copied games, games with stolen art or music, or games containing adult, hateful or harmful content. Uploaded games may be checked for quality before they appear on the site, and games that break these rules may be removed.

Ads

There are currently no ads on Sara Games. When ads are introduced later, they will appear only at the side or corner of the page — never in the centre of the screen over gameplay.
